Hi, how are you? I hope that you are having a wonderful time with your family at home. I am writing to tell you about my holiday in China with my family. I had a good time there.
On the first day, we went to Beijing . There, we visited the Tiananmen Square , the heart of Beijing. We took a tour of the Forbidden City, a large complex of palaces and gardens.
On the second day, Dad took us to see the wonder of the ancient world -the Great Wall of China. The Great Wall is really incredible because it is much bigger than I ever imagined.The wonder of this structure is that the 6400 kilometres wall wind across northern China .It goes up and down the steep and narrow terrains of the mountains, across the dessert and plains, making it the longest structure in the world.It was definitely a challenging task for those involved in building the wall.Do you know that the wall was built for defensive purposes?
We spent our last day doing some shopping in Beijing.Mum shopped for some silk while , I had a good time admiring the beautiful jewellery.
