Freddie and his family planned for a vacation during the holidays . They decided to visit the east coast since they have never been there before . So , Freddie's father suggested Kelantan since it is an exotic place with beautiful sceneries and sandy beaches . They checked-in at a five-star beach resort . The view of the sunset from their room was simply breath taking and the scenery was picturesque too . It was a real feast to the eyes so they snapped a few shots as remembrance.
On the second day of their visit , they went to a fishing village famous for their salted fish and other seafood . It was an invaluable experience watching the villagers making the salted fish . There were many steps involved in making salted fish such as gutting an cleaning the fish . Then , they applied a lot of sea salt all over the fish . After that , they dried them on a raised platform by the seaside . The scorching sun dried up the fish in a jiffy . Those fresh seafood was so tempting that Freddie's mother purchased many varieties of salted fish and seafood .
