2014-09-06 20:08 | Stuart is a scatter brain.He is also a negligent person.It was a sultry afternoon.The sun rose in a pool of crimson and gold spilling light all over the land.Fluffy amber-tinted clouds drifted across the azure blue sky.It was indeed a lovely start to the day.Stuart's mother asked him to buy two sticks of ice cream for him and his mother.He loyally obeyed his mother and went to the ice cream parlour.
On his way home,he saw some of his bosom friends catching some exquisite butterflies with their nets.He wanted to tag along and join in the fun.So,he dismounted from his bicycle and left the ice creams.
Stuart was jubilant to catch butterflies in the woods.They were in their own worlds catching the butterflies.After an hour of fun,Stuart decided to call it a day and wanted to go home in fear his mother would give him a dressing-down.
As he approached his bicycle,he noticed some liquid dripping from the plastic bag.Lady luck was not on his side.The ecstatic look on his face dissipate when he realised that the ice creams he bought have melted.Stuart had cold feet and rode his bicycle with disquiet.When he reached home,he narrated the incident to his mother and she gave him a good tongue-lashing.From that miserable day,Stuart vowed not to be an absent-minded person.
