Mrs. Tan is a very rich lady. Her husband is a very rich businessman. They live in a very big house and they have three children. Their children are very clever. They also have a maid to help them in the house.
One day, Mr. Tan told his wife to get ready because they were going for a friend's wedding dinner. Mrs. Tan put on her most beautiful dress and shoes. She wanted to put on her earring and bangles. She wanted to put on her ring but she could not find it. She looked in her drawers and in her boxes but the ring was not there.
She asked her maid but the maid did not see it. She then called her three children to her room and they also did not know anything about the ring. She was getting worried because the ring was a very expensive diamond ring which her husband had bought for her as a Christmas present a few years ago.
Then her husband came into the room. He saw everyone in the room was busy searching for something. They did not realized that he was in the room, so he said "Ahmmm....is anybody here." They all got a shock and turn around to look at him. Then he said, "What are you doing?"
Mrs. Tan said, "We are all looking for my diamond ring. I can't seem to find it anywhere." Mr. Tan smiled and walk to his desk. "I am sorry, I forgot to tell you that I found your ring in the bathroom so I took it and kept it in my drawer."
