2012-02-10 01:35 | Bob Anderson,olympic swordsman and the man inside darth vader's helmet during many econic ligthsaber baltles in star wars films,has died aged 89,the British Academy of Fencing said on Monday.
Anderson,who represented Britian in fencing at the 1952 olympics,"passed away peacefully "on sunday morning ,the organisation announced.
"He was one of our greatest fencing masters and a world class film fight director and choreographer .Both the fencing
comuniy and film world will miss him,"said Philip Bruce Presedent of the academy .
Although vader was played David Proused and veiced bay James Earl Jones,Luke Skywalker acttor Mark Hmill revealed that "Bob Anderson was the man who actually did vader's fighting"
